Tough it Up!

In the 70’s our parents let us play with sticks of dynamite. Eventually we came to call those sticks M-80’s and shortly after they became illegal. Today we put warning labels on everything and make playgrounds out of rubber and sand in an effort to avoid lawsuits under the guise of protecting our kids. Kids are supposed to get scraped knees, they are supposed to fall off monkey bars, they are supposed to play with dynamite… well, maybe not with dynamite. Kids are supposed to be kids, we have to let them get a few bruised elbows from time to time.
